Twin Room with en-suite Bathroom

The twin room with en-suite bathroom is on the ground floor.The window faces south onto the garden. The matching beds are 6ft 6" by 3ft 3" and are equipped with electric blankets. There is a built-in wash hand basin with cupboard space beneath. In addition there is a wardrobe, chest of drawers and antique mirror for guest's convenience. |
The adjoining bathroom has a basin,
lavatory and a 6ft bath with hair-wash shower head. |

The twin room upstairs is spacious and has a southward view over the garden into a birch wood. There is ample drawer space and a walk-in wardrobe. The shower room is en-suite and is equipped with an electric shower, wash basin and lavatory. |

Guests are encouraged to use the 'drawing room which is for their exclusive use. It is equipped with a warm stove for the cooler evenings.There is a television and a wide selection of brochures and books which we hope will be of interest to our guests. |
The Dining RoomBreakfast is served in the kitchen/dining room. We offer a choice of continental or full traditional Scottish cooked breakfast (the English stole the idea from us!) or something in between. Local produce is to the fore with fresh free-range eggs and our local butcher's sausages. You can also try a Highland speciality, Black or White Pudding and of course, Porridge. |

We do not serve evening meals, there are some excellent establishments close by, noteably, the hotel in the village of North Kessock. Reservations are required, please let us know, when you book,if you would like us to do this for you.
There are restaurants, to suit all tastes, in Inverness. We will gladly advise you where to go and how to get there.
